 "when I'm painting I'm very present in this moment, abit lost in the action, the movement of paint, addition and subtraction of color. I let the painting lead me in the process of painting. I seem to always find some horizon line, the tension of the above and below, where we are and where we are not, the land and the sky. I think these are emotional landscapes for me, they appear and then I find where their from."
